Hi I paid my phone devise on the 1st of April and device bill on second I have proof I've paid, bu yet o2 has cut me off. I cant get in touch this is a disgrace

You can reach the Payment Management team on 0800 902 0217.

The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm

Thankyou I know things are difficult with lockdown but they still send messages and emails. I've payed again so hopefully after lockdown I will be reimbursed. Thanks for replying

Sorry to hear difficulties.

Everthing is very disrupted.

We all know things are very difficult.

Thank you for your message, I think you would still need to

call customer services.  This could be a bit of a wait but you

could try early 08.00am ~ no doubt everyone has got the

message by now though!
