Hello. Someone can help me please, I have a big problem.
I was left behind with the bill and I am having difficulty paying all the money. I tried to talk online, but no one came in. I tried to call, but all calls were restricted. What can I do?

You need to call Payment management. All numbers in this guide Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support 

Press any option to get through (even fraud or lost and stolen)

Advice from an O2 Guru regarding a way to get through:

If you call 202, when it comes to the reason you are calling, stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.

Press 2 for Everything Else

Press 5 for More Options

Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
