Hi . I can change may payment date starting this date ? Billing perioa is 11 th of each month bit I d like to change it for the end of the Month to be able

Hi

You would need to call 202 and speak to a customer service adviser and they be able to do this for you.

We are busier that usual at the moment when asked for reason for calling say speak to someone.

Hi sorry about this you would class this as an urgent request as you need to update your bank details and they say they are accepting requests.

We are asking people with requests to phone between 10am - 6pm but you need this urgently then you call 202.

Please call 202

Press 1 if you are phoning for the mobile number your speaking about.

When asked why you are calling, stay silent for around 30 seconds until your taken to the option to press number options.

Press 5 for more options.

Press 7 to speak to someone.

Once you are put through they can update your billing date.
