I have taken a second line out but want to change the date my Bill's are due to match the first. I can not see anywhere to be able to do this I just want them to come out on the same date

I tried to say that and the agent said he couldn't deal with it, the only option is for fraud or reporting phone lost or stolen there is no option to speak about this. Not sure what to do
