Payment always shows failure

Hi,

I'm trying to pay a recent bill, but whether I pay it with a credit card or apple pay, it always shows failure, even though I have enough balance. Can you automatically deduct the payment from my linked card?

Payment Management opening hours:

Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm

Saturday – 8am to 6pm

Sunday – 9am to 6pm

Consider setting up a direct debit to avoid future issues.
