Im looking at paying my owed balance but ive been on the phone for around 1:10hrs waiting for someone to answer, i havent been able to speak to anyone as of yet, are o2 still open to speak to? i understand its busy atm, is there any way for me to pay the balance online and get my device & line switched back on?

i can no longer use my log in details or the myo2 app as ive been disconnected - i need the line switched back on, im currently on the phone to that number you have provided but ive been in the line to speak to someone for 1 hour and 16 mins .....
im starting to lose hope here!
