Hi,
I set up a payment plan today, but the app doesn’t show my monthly payment amount for the next 6 months. Can you please advise, so I can make sure it is covered?
Can I make an early payment- 1st one is due 31st December. Or would I have to make a payment on the 31st regardless of what amount I pay early?
The app requests I pay in full- will my
monthly payment be recognised, so I don’t incur additional charges?

You will need to speak to the Payment Management team, as usually those payments need to be done manually through them.
