I recently set up a payment plan for my Ipad and Apple watch. I set this up with an advisor who informed me to pay by the 15th of each month starting this month.
Nothing is showing up on my account and I'm affraid I will be cut off if I cannot make payment.
I've tried contacting O2 directly but struggling to get any answers.
Any advice would be grately appreciated.

The only people who can make a payment plan are the Payment Management Team who can be contacted on 0800 902 0217
Payment plans don't show up on your account, and you would need to make the payment in the next few hours or o2 will take further action.
