I am in the UK for three months and bought a sim card a month ago. When I try topping up with a Canadian credit card, I enter the Canadian postal code that goes with it. The system just gives me an error message about checking the postal code. It seems to want a UK postal code. What do I do?

It only accepts UK cards unfortunately. You would be better getting a voucher from any store selling them and topping up via that route. Various other ways to top up here (Scroll down to PAYG)

You will need to buy a top up voucher in a store as the automated system requires a uk debit / credit card
