I had a passing thought today, whether it be possible to pay off the final cost of my handset through a credit card and still keep paying the remaining cost of my airtime tariff as normal. My reasoning is purely academical and this would suit me better. O2 get their money and I own the handset quicker.

Another thing I am not wising to upgrade at the moment, it's just I want t fasttrack the payment process. I'm not sure if O2 will allow me to do this though.

Bare in mind you'll be paying more in the long run in that case, unless you're on a 0% credit card.

HELP..... I have accidentally overpaid online, (had extra charges, but paid wayyyy too much), now I'm over £800 in credit!!! Is there any way in which I can get this refunded by o2?

(I haven't missed any payments etc, just made a silly mistake)

Many thanks in advance....

Yikes! That's quite the overpayment. Assuming you're on a consumer contact call 202 from your phone and they'll refund the difference.

Look on the bright side - That's your bill paid for the next 2 years slight_smile

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

And 1/3 of their next contract. They could pay out any overages back into other expenses. Usually they have to make a mistake before you can claim money back, afaik.
