Paying phone bill

I have a pay monthly contract, what happens when you only pay half of your phone bill? In my case is £40 only paid £20? Thanks!

You must call and speak to the payment management team as soon as possible.

If you have a direct debit then it will take the other half of the bill. If you haven't then you need to pay as soon as possible otherwise you will end up with a default on your credit file which will remain there for the next six years and could well impact your chances of further credit or a mortgage.
