can you go into your o2 shop and pay your phone bill with cash? My bank card has been cancelled as it’s lost, and my phone bill is over due so I need to pay it ASAP

If you're going into town to an O2 shop you can pop into your bank and pay directly into O2 from there.

@Bella04  Once you get this issue sorted you should consider setting up a Direct Debit, which you're supposed to have anyway, to avoid problems like this in the future.

Your other option is to ask a friend to pay for you and then give them the cash or transfer money direct to their account with online banking.
