@Bella04

That's not listed as an option in our community guide.

All ways to pay here http://community.o2.co.uk/t5/Pay-Monthly-Pay-and-Go/How-can-I-pay-my-bill/ba-p/1014090

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

It's an option worth thinking about in this situation though @Bella04

It would be worth giving your local shop a call and see what they say. wink

If you're going into town to an O2 shop you can pop into your bank and pay directly into O2 from there.

@Bella04  Once you get this issue sorted you should consider setting up a Direct Debit, which you're supposed to have anyway, to avoid problems like this in the future.

Your other option is to ask a friend to pay for you and then give them the cash or transfer money direct to their account with online banking.
