Paying off remaining device plan without calling?

Hey all, I'm looking to pay off the remaining little bit of my device plan so I can get an upgrade, but I can't seem to find any way to do that online. Is it possible, or do I have to call O2?

You need to call O2 unless you are able to make a payment through MyO2 http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2

Advice from an O2 Guru regarding a way to get through:

If you call 202, when it comes to the reason you are calling stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.

Press 2 for Everything Else

Press 5 for More Options

Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to an advisor.

Press Upgrade, Lost/Stolen if you have to.
