I’m looking to pay off the balance for my 2 phones.I still have about 12 months left. My question is, if I do pay off the device plan early, do I still have to wait for 12 months before I can change the airtime plan?
Thanks

@Martin10

Once the device is paid off, you can cancel the airtime or change the tariff to any other one you like on O2.

Guide: How does O2 Refresh work?

@minirider11

You'll need to call customer service.
Numbers here Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support
When it comes to the reason you are calling stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
Say "Upgrade", "Lost/Stolen" or "Fraud" if you have to, to get put through to someone.
8.00am is the best time to call if you can.

If you log on to your account on the O2 website, click the device/telephone number, there is a tab at the top that says "Make a payment".

You will then see options to pay for your airtime and device.

You can only pay the current months device bill that way.

Overpayents require a call to customer service as advised.
