Hi

I want to pay of the cost of my handset. I think things might be a bit tight for the next few months but I have the cash to pay of the handset. I would rather have lower monthly bills.

I have just tried to do this online and it says that I need to call 202 to make a handset payment. I called 202 and they say they are only taking emergency calls.

Is there anything that I can do?

Alex

Just call and say you are calling about fraud to get put through.

You dont need to call to do this. Log into myo2 via app or computer and press upgrade.

Instead of selecting a new phone select upgrade to sim only instead, select which sim only you would like (you will prob find one with allowance you need to be cheaper than your current tariff). Once you get to confirmation screen you then make payment for remainder of your phone plan.

Once done your phone plan will be paid off and you will be on cheaper tariff too. If you dont want to be tied in you can select the 30 day simo however these are slightly more expensive the higher the allowance etc.
