Hello, I wish to start paying off my device plan to eventually lower my monthly bill. How do I go about this please?

If this is additional payments then you will need to speak to o2 Customer Services as annoyingly there is no way to do it online.

This is not customer services and we dont have access to your account
I do not work for o2 or any VMo2 /Telefonica/Liberty Global Company

You will continue to pay the same cost of the device plan each month even though you make extra payments. The period you pay just reduces until it's paid off in full.
