Hello,

okay so I’ve paid off my device plan and I want to move to a different provider. Do I need 30 days notice to cancel my airtime plan and will there be a charge?

thank you!

No notice needed, @Kayla26 - but you will be charged for what you have used since the previous bill on your final bill, which you won't get access to as your MyO2 will have been deactivated by then (so do not cancel your direct debit yet). Sorry to see you leaving O2. Good luck!
