Hi @Intheblim

Sorry, but that's not possible.

You can pay off the device and cancel the airtime for free but you cannot cancel airtime and continue paying instalments on device.

If you can, why not get a zero % credit card to use to buy the device which will allow you to cancel the airtime, then use the device payments you would be making to pay the credit card?

You can also switch your number to PAYG to continue to use it if you want to.

If you have no choice, O2 will sell you debt to a collection agency who will pursue you for the money.....

Re: Paying off device but cancel tariff ?

I appreciate the fact that you now find yourself unable to pay for what you signed up to but you really do not want the bailiffs pursuing you for payments and your credit rating wrecked. One possible way out is to sell the phone to then pay off the device and to cancel the airtime. Obviously you will then be without a phone but you can buy a cheaper mobile and change to payandgo or continue to use your contract sim thus paying only for the airtime.
