Hi there,

If i pay off my handset, do I still need to pay the airtime, or can I cancel it?

I'm on O2 refresh, pay monthly.

Thanks,

Anna

Hi @Anna2 airtime can be cancelled for free with 30 days notice https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/How-to-Guides/How-does-O2-Refresh-work/ba-p/1014093

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

@Anna2 You can cancel the air time by giving one months notice or you can carry on with the air time. If you cancel you can then take a sim only contract and still keep your number.

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2
