Solved: Re: Paying off contract

Every time I call to 202 to pay off my contract I hear the phone ringing and then it just falls quiet. Is there any other way to go around paying of the contract?

@Anonymous Wait times are very long to get through to customer service. Are you not even getting a recorded message when you call?

I have just tried (for you) using 202 and it works for me?
