I'm really cross, just spent the best part of an hour trying to phone O2 to pay off my Device plan, I do have problems speaking on the phone and it just seems to take forever and when I did finally get through to someone, I had to be transferred. Why don't they have an email service now?
Anyone have any suggestions?

O2 discarded the email service years ago as there were far too many to deal with.
You can cancel using the advice in this link https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/How-to-Guides/Cancelling-Your-Contract-A-Guide/ba-p/566774
The best time for you to call so you are attended to quickly, is between 8am -8,30am
