Log into your MyO2 and pay through there http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2
or give CS a call.
There is a free from abroad number to call on this link http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus

Just one consideration for you - payment can only be made using a UK registered Credit/Debit card, so if your move abroad is a permanent one then it's worth trying to get any final bill settled before closing down any UK financial accounts, to prevent running into difficulties.

If your line has been disconnected with an outstanding balance its more likely woiuld off been sent to debt collectors as none payment. You will not be able to use the o2 app if this is the case or even if o2 still have account as you to cancel you contract over the phone. If by chance o2 still have your acccount not debt agency maybe a bank transfer would work you can obtain bank details on there website or by calling customer services

No one is suggesting the OP's line has been disconnected with an outstanding balance @chrisymon

They have 'cancelled contract and need to pay their final bill'....

Everyone is entitled to do that.....

Edited to add guidelines on how to pay https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/Pay-Monthly-Pay-and-Go/How-can-I-pay-my-bill/ba-p/1014090

Nowhere has it been said that the account has been disconnected, the OP simply wants to pay the final bill.
