It won’t let me call to pay my bill or it won’t let me pay my bill online. Has this happened to anyone else?

I know circumstances change.

I have two sons and seen them in jobs when they were made redundant and another dropped to a zero hours contract. It happens often

There again, neither of them are interested in the latest must have phones. One has an iPhone 6 and the other a Z3. Both sim only contracts.

As for the others, it's called learning how to live within your means and budget.

Good to see you back @jonsie. You've been missed.Mexican Wave

Back to the topic: A mobile phone contract should be treated like a contract for any other utility. It has to be paid, or you lose the service.
