Paying late bill

Hi. I’m late paying a bill and I can’t call 02 to settle the balance as they’ve restricted outgoing calls. Any suggestions?? Many thanks

You can use Skype to call the 0800 number in here, @RobF1 - Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support and Guide: A Guide to Skype to call O2 on 0800 977 7337.

Or reach out to O2 via social media, links below this post. It will take a few days for your phone to be reconnected, this is normal - try switching to direct debit so you do not get cut off again.
