For the last 3 months now iv payed for a service iv not be able to use calls texts instead please and this has effected my work and private life.. could you tell me why this is happening.. I can respect your carrying out work.. Yet I'm still having trouble with my network.. please can someone sort this matter out as I don't appreciate having to pay full price for less than know service for days at a time..
