Hi,
I have been trying to pay my final bill for about 2 weeks now. All that happens is I ge told to log into my O2 and pay online. I can’t do this as I don’t have a contract with you anymore.
getting very frustrated and have been sent a debt collectors letter. PLEASE tell me how to do it online NOW

I think the BACS (direct from your bank to O2's bank, as mentioned in the guide linked above) is not supported at this time, as O2 migrate customers off their legacy billing system to the new system (fondly called 360!), @Bexster196 - just in case you try that route to find you are down a payment that O2 cannot see on their side to credit to your account.
