Hello, I am currently paying for a phone I do not have. I am up to date with my monthly payments, however, I was due an upgrade on my account and the time of it being due to upgrade I was in an induced coma which could not be helped. As stated I am back up to date with my payments and want to pay my upgrade fee and get a new phone.
Each time I go to upgrade customer service they say I am not eligible even though the amount to pay for the upgrade is being displayed?
Money is not an issue here all I want to do is upgrade nothing else if this issue is not resolved by today as I've been trying for days now I am afraid I will be going elsewhere.

Well, where do I go?
Sick of going back and forth with o2. I ring up they cannot help, I try to talk to someone live online get redirected here surely someone can help me.
