@And1

You need to call O2 to discuss a payment plan.

You can call directly to O2 payment management team on 08005884213.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Iv been in touch with o2 payment management team and they can only offer me to clear the balance in 3 months at 105 pound. At the time I thought I would manage but I'm struggling with it

You'll need to talk to them again I'm afraid.

There is no one else that can help you unless you can borrow the money to pay it off?

Then you will need to call them again to see if they can offer anything else. If you are struggling, they should be able to help..

I will try phoning them again to see if another solution can be done. But I dont find them very helpful. Iv been with o2 for 6 years always keeps payment upto date until this covid started. I also dont know anyone that would lend money to help pay it off.
