Hi everyone, I have recently moved to Australia and I paid off what I thought would be my final bill with a lump sum. I am in Australia now and my phone is disconnected. I also asked the agent on the phone wether I could cancel the direct debit and he said yes, so I did. I have now received an email saying my bill is overdue even though my phone is disconnected? I can’t contact 02 via chat as it says it’s offline and I can’t ring them as I’ll get extra charges. I’ve been on my 02 and can not connect to it as my mobile data is not on? What am I supposed to do?! Any help would be appreciated. Thankyou
