Does anybody know why i cannot pay a bill on the o2 website. It just says something has gone wrong error 500

Try a different browser. Edge or Internet Explorer seems to work best. Or you could try clearing the cache and cookies from your present browser.

Edit your browser settings to allow the O2 website to redirect.

It will fail after the payment page otherwise.

@Idontknow  You might want to consider setting up a Direct Debit to avoid problems like this in the future.

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2
