I go to pay my bill and it comes up
saying it's sent me a confirmation text
which I can't receive as I am away in
Thailand and currently have a different
sim that I'm using out there.
Obviously the confirmation text would have a code on it to type to confirm it’s me before the payment comes out.
there’s no other option to confirm it’s me, I also can’t call them as it will charge a lot as I’m using a Thai sim

The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm
