Hi
I pay by direct debit but I want to pay my bill early through the app. Will I be charged twice if I do this?
Thanks

It all depends on the date the bill will usually be taken by direct debit.

This is the date of payment which is 2 weeks AFTER the date the bill is produced.
If there is at least 6 clear banking days your account will show a zero balance and therefore, the DD won't be called. If not, you will pay twice but the extra will stay on your account as a credit for next month.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)
