Paying Device Plan

I've managed to pay my airtime bill online but can't pay the device plan this way. With a block on my phone, how am I supposed to call and pay?

For reference @Anonymous there are various ways to pay...but DD is part of your contract and should be maintained. Have a look at this help link..

Going forward why don't you reinstate your DD.? It's then not an issue, and getting your phone blocked won't be an issue!

Personally I simply can't understand the need to cancel a DD and have to remember to pay on a certain date every month. Result in a blocking of the phone and possible reconnection fee. Might make sense to some but it it's beyond me....
