You can reach the Payment Management team on 0800 902 0217. The opening times are: Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm Saturday – 8am to 6pm Sunday – 9am to 6pm
Neither this number or the 20202 number will let you speak to anyone though they just say 'we cannot take your call right now' and then the call ends, online live chat is unavailable I'm totally stuck and relying on my phone since I'm the person shopping and running around for my elderly parents and family members shopping, meds etc
