Yeh that went through my mind too @jonsie 

o2 would not take more money than they were due @Samg123 

Anyway perhaps you should look into this aspect too and check with o2 on social media as

 @Cleoriff  has given you the Facebook Twitter or Instagram links for you to send a message.
