Hi Ive just come to 02 from Virgin mobile - I have a monthly direct debit but believe Ive nearly paid off my handset- want to knoe how much Id need to pay to complete payment so I can get a new phone

Your handset loan will be with Virgin so you will need to enquire of them what is the outstanding figure.

Call them on 0345 4541111

You new handset will be via O2 as Virgin have now closed down regarding sales

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
