Pay off Contract and Change to Pay as you go

Anonymous
Not applicable

so I currently have about 6 months left on my contract but ive recently got a job abroad where my work has gave me a sim card to use here.

I never use my 02 sim any more but would like to keep my 02 number for when i move back to the UK in a years time. I dont need any airtime or anything.

Can I pay off my contract in its entirety and just keep my number as a pay & go, then upgrade again to a pay monthly contract in a year when im back?

Yes you can but just remember you must make one chargeable call every 6 months to keep the PAYG sim active.
If you give customer service a call they will sort the change over for you http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus
