My bill is overdue and my phone has been cut off, am I able to pay my bill and get my phone back on?

You need to call Payment Management on 0800 902 0217 and they can take payment, however you may end up with extra charges (as per the t&c's) and dependent on the delinquency of the account is whether they allow it to be reconnected.
