Dear All,
I've come to the end of a two-year contract with O2, and have now finished paying for the phone. I now want to go onto a SIM-only tariff.
If I look at the SIM-only tariffs open to me on MyO2, they're all more expensive than the tariffs advertised on O2's public website. For example, MYO2 offers me 25GB per month for £35.79, whereas the public website offers the same amount of data for only £28.00 per month. I should add that these are the standard tariffs on the website; there are special offers that are even better - but these special offers don't seem to be available to me through MyO2.
Anybody shed any light on this?
Cheers, Mark
