Pay monthly

I got a pay monthly about a week ago I was wondering if they would just let me pay for line rental and let me use the phone on pay as you go. As I now have no job and I'm not going to be able to afford it or is they any other way to lower my monthly cost to about £15

You have seven working days to change your mind. If you're within that time, you can cancel and return your phone. If you've gone past that time, you will be bound by the terms of your contract. You can cancel any bolt-ons you may have to reduce what you pay per month, but other than that, there's no way out, I'm afraid.

No, you have agreed a contract and once you are past the 7 working day period you would have to pay the full amount if you were to cancel.

You cannot change the terms at will, and it cannot be lowered.

Sorry but O2 don't do that unless you are a member of the armed forces in a war zone.

Good Morning,

As the guys have said your locked in after the cooling off period.

You may have to consider lowering or cancelling any subscription Tv packages, and or other non essential expenses and sell items until your back on your feet.

I hope things turn around for you quickly.

Take care.
