Does anyone know if it is possible to just pay of the phone monthly without having to pay for data/minutes as well? Just I cannot afford the bill monthly anymore

No, but you can set up a payment plan.

You can reach the Payment Management team on 0800 902 0217.
The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm

I am on 02 Pay and Go £10 Data Big Bundle. You get unlimited minutes and unlimited texts and 7GB of data for £10 a month. It is pay and go, not contract. So you just top up £10 when you are ready.

You can't do that unfortunately as you took out a contract.. You can flex your tariff down, if you choose to
