I applied for a 02 contract yesterday, when I got to the end of the application it said to try again, which I did and it kept saying the same thing. I received a bunch of legal emails and 02 took the upfront cost, upon ringing them the person I spoke too said I needed to open all emails to say I accept everything, which I did. Now I'm not sure what I'm supposed to do as I haven't received any more emails and there is nothing on my02 so I was wondering if anyone could help?
