My bill is paid. I spoke to a customer service advisor yesterday who said he’d lifted my Barr! He didn’t and I can’t use my phone. 2 days now not impressed. Help please

You may have to call them tomorrow if iit still hasn't been reconnected

Everything is taking longer due to the lockdown. Call centres and social distancing means limited staff to handle all the queries. Patience needed I'm afraid.
