O2:We are unable to process your latest bill. In order to avoid disconnection, Update your o2 account billing via o2-net.work-monthly-ref006.co.uk/bill

O2...

The link takes me to fill in all my details including address and card number etc

O2 should already have all of this information and I dob't see why a payment coyld not be taken.

This is the second one today.

Can you get fraud to look into it?

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

It's a scam.

DO NOT ENTER ANY DETAILS.

If you have done so, you need to secure your O2 account and bank account by changing passwotds immediately.

Wow this is not good.
Certainly a scam @Nadia good you checked here.
It's typical though to set in panic, old trick really but it can catch you out if not on your guard.
Good advices from members.
Stay safe welcome to the o2 community forum.
Best wishes TallTrees

Yours is the 2nd one today. Hopefully others (and there will be) do not click on the link.

It's not only weird. It's extremely worrying that they have so much info available.

I agree with @MI5 and @Bambino It needs investigating and reporting to Action Fraud. rage
