I, like many weary customers am waiting on my upgrade to be delivered. God knows when that will be as no one can answer. My question is, can I cancel the online upgrade and walk into a store to upgrade in there? And hopefully walk away with a phone there and then?

Yes, you will need to contact sales to cancel it, and wait for the order to be cancel on the system, so I would wait upto 48hours after that to go into store and upgrade, and there is no guarantee the stores have any stock especially of the S21 Ultras and iPhone 13 Pro Max's
