Pay monthly sim only

I have this account with a pay monthly sim and  Number. But tried to order another sim to go in my wife’s phone which at the moment is on pay as u go.

i ended up having my tariff changed. My fault yes but it’s fine for now anyway.

but how can I get a pay monthly sim for my wife with a new number or even with the one she has in pay as u go?

Does she need to set up her own account to do this and then apply ?

Either way, with the previous mix up, your wife may be better off applying for her own sim only contract
