Orderd a pay monthly sim it's up and running on my 02 account but still no sim card has been sent to me what do I do?

And I orderd the same for my wife but hers hasent gone on to her account and also no sim card what is going on?
Please help

@Simpsons28 If you have an O2 store nearby, and have the time to call in, staff in the store should be able to call customer service and you can get sims for the accounts and get set up right then and there. Just be sure to bring identification with you.

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2
