I have had an o2 account since February 2011 with a blackberry bold, I registered online and thought all was fine. I went on it recently to check the account bill as I had changed the bank details on the account, but there was no billing information at all. Then when I tried again today to look at this, and to try and upgrade my phone as it is due I was unable to do so. All that comes up on myo2 is my name and phone number. What can I do to make the account work properly so I can upgrade my phone?
