I have had a letter from O2 telling me my agreement is changing. I want to make sure that this will not affect my family discount package, especially as I did not instigate the change.

No difference to any discounts at all.

The %age will remain the same, in fact, as the airtime increases, you will get more discount slight_smile

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)
